Capabilities

Multiple in-house labs allows advanced testing capabilities.

Svep's Laboratory Services

Svep is equipped with multiple in-house labs, enabling us to safely and iteratively develop and test products for complex requirements and environments. Additionally, through our network of accredited partners, we can swiftly arrange test time slots. We support you throughout the entire regulatory process — preparing test objects, developing test software, documenting procedures, evaluating standards, and executing tests — all aimed at reducing lead times and minimizing the risk of errors.

EMC-mätningar

EMC Measurements

Svep Design Center has many years of experience in EMC testing. We ensure that your product complies with current regulations and have extensive expertise in troubleshooting to find solutions for complex EMC issues.

In our own test chamber, we can efficiently and safely verify both immunity and emissions for CE and FCC approval.

Climate Chamber

With our climate chambers, various environmental conditions such as extreme heat, cold, humidity, and dryness can be simulated. This allows for testing how products perform under these conditions.

By exposing products to different climates, potential weaknesses can be identified, ensuring that the products are durable and reliable. Climate chambers enable faster testing, helping manufacturers quickly identify and resolve issues.

Hardware in Loop (HIL)

A Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) lab is a specialized facility where embedded software and electronic control systems are tested and validated in a simulated environment.

In a HIL lab, real hardware, such as an Electronic Control Unit (ECU), is connected to a simulated environment that mimics real-world conditions. This approach enables extensive, automated testing without the need to use actual equipment or expose it to risks.

HIL testing is commonly used in the automotive and aerospace industries to ensure system functionality before deployment in real applications.

Motion Capture Studio

A motion capture studio is a specialized facility where movements from people or objects are recorded and collected. This technology is often used in film, game development, and animation to create realistic movements for characters and objects. In a motion capture studio, sensors, cameras, and other equipment are used to track movements. This data can then be utilized to animate digital characters or analyze movement patterns.
Adiou studio

Audio and Acoustic Studio

A sound testing studio is a specialized facility where audio equipment and acoustic environments are tested and analyzed. These studios are used to measure and calibrate sound quality, identify and resolve acoustic issues, and ensure that sound systems operate optimally. In a sound testing studio, advanced equipment such as microphones, speakers, and analysis tools are employed to conduct various types of sound tests, including frequency response, distortion, and sound pressure levels.

Lighting Laboratory

We conduct thorough tests to assess the quality, intensity, and color rendering of your product’s lighting, ensuring that it meets the highest standards for performance and efficiency.
