At Svep Design Center, we develop advanced embedded solutions for real-world applications. The Zekler Neo 80 and 85 hearing protectors are the result of a research-driven development project, where our specialists played a key role in shaping the next generation of intelligent hearing protection.
This work was part of a collaboration between experts in audio engineering, embedded systems, signal processing, electronics, and industrial design – all united by a shared vision of what the future of workplace safety should look (and sound) like.
HiFi sound in harsh conditions
Developed for demanding indoor and outdoor environments, Zekler Neo combines cutting-edge signal processing with an uncompromising user experience. The electronics and software, developed by Svep, enable HiFi-quality audio playback as well as ambient awareness that feels natural and clear – even in the noisiest conditions.
Through real-time filtering and sound enhancement, the system amplifies relevant environmental audio, like voices or alarms, while reducing disruptive noise. This advanced approach to audio engineering allows the user to stay connected to their surroundings without sacrificing protection or comfort.

A key driver throughout development was the end user: the professional working in a high-noise environment who needs to communicate, concentrate – and maybe even enjoy a moment of music.
